30-day returns for any reason

You may request a return for any reason within 30 days after your order is delivered. Ontook pays the return shipping cost.

How to start a return

Email info@ontook.online with your order number. We will provide return instructions and a prepaid return label or another return arrangement at our cost. Please do not send the item before receiving return instructions.

Prepare your device

Before returning a Phone or Pad, back up and erase your personal data, sign out of your accounts, and turn off activation locks. Pack the device securely with the items supplied with it. If you no longer have the original packaging, contact us for guidance.

Refunds

After we receive the return, we will process the refund to your original payment method. The time for the funds to appear depends on your payment provider. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us and we will help resolve it. Your rights under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.
